The company RCE SA de CV Arose due to growth and industrial development that has happened world wide. Also, the need to acquire light and heavy machinery at a low cost. Mr. Carlos J. Rios Delgado, founder of the company has more than 25 years experience in the automotive and machinery business. Rebuilding them to sell at a low cost in great working condition .
